Your Guide to Orange County Neighborhoods

greetings from the OC

With an unbeatable Mediterranean climate, ample employment centers and something for everyone, Orange County is one of those places that is almost too good to be true. If you’re relocating to OC, (“The OC” is a term despised by locals) here’s your guide to the various cities you might want to check out.

Starting at one of the most southern points of OC is Dana Point; home of Seabrook at Bear Brand Apartments. Dana Point features a relaxed vibe due to its small-town feel and waterfront topography. Dana Point features surf culture, great schools and plenty of boutiques and restaurants. Dana Point Harbor is a popular locale as is the world-famous Doheney State Beach.  Check out the variety of rental townhomes and flats available at Seabrook.

Working our way up north is the charming city of Laguna Niguel; home of Seaside at Laguna Heights apartments. Laguna Niguel is a popular destination for families as it features excellent schools, plenty of parks and proximity to services and amenities which make life easier. Seaside at Laguna Heights is a charming community of Cape Cod style apartments showcasing one and two bedroom floor plans.

Sharing a border with Laguna Niguel is the city of Aliso Viejo. This young, vibrant city features major employers such as Dell, UPS, Bausch+Lomb, PacificLife and Flour Daniel.  Aliso Town Center is the city’s hub and is the location of City Lights at Town Center Apartments.

North of Aliso Viejo is the city of Irvine. Irvine is a thriving metropolis with over 200,000 residents, yet you’d never know it since the city is divided into distinct “villages.” Each village has been carefully planned to afford residents a superb quality of life. Irvine public schools are some of the highest-rated in the nation. If you decide to call Irvine home, check out Woodbridge apartments. These apartments are located near the 5, 405 and 133 freeways and feature access to the many amenities of the Woodbridge Village Association.

A short drive further north brings you to our Fountain Valley apartment home communities; Corte Bella and Crystal Springs. Fountain Valley is a great place to live and is known as a family-friendly city. It is located in close proximity to Huntington Beach and also features a laid-back vibe with convenient access to Los Angeles County.

Regardless of which location you call home, every Shea Apartment Living community features gorgeous landscaping, amenities and top-tier customer service, making rental life easy and convenient.
