FOOD MAKES YOU SICK – GO PALEO

Paleo food pyramidA lot of our residents have been bit by the flu bug and we are here to help. Keep your body strong and avoid the flu by eating a healthy diet, and were not talking about the food pyramid kind of diet!

The health of your body all starts what you put in it, so forget what you have learned in the past because I am here to tell you it’s wrong. It’s time to throw away the grains and carbs and get your caveman on. Yep that’s right, your body was designed to live off nature’s goodness and that means plenty of proteins, vegetables and healthy fats!!! If you gasped after reading that last sentence you might be going through a little bit of reality shock, but you will notice a smaller waist line, better quality of life and a stronger immune system = disease prevention.

So what’s this “diet” called?
