Shea Apartment Living has partnered with a market research firm, ResidentSurveys.com, a division of SatisFacts Research, LLC, to facilitate the “got feedback” resident satisfaction survey process. Residents who complete the survey will be entered for a chance to win an iPad or $500 rent credit.
Survey communications started going out October 1, 2012. Residents will receive a notice in the mail as well as a link to the survey by email. There are less than 20 questions that typically take no more than 10 minutes to complete. Residents have the option to include their name with their ratings and comments or they can choose to respond anonymously.
Our goal is to receive a “5 - Extremely Satisfied” on every question, keeping in mind that there are always opportunities for improvement. If you are a resident and are happy with your apartment and the level of service we provide, or if you have suggestions on where we can improve let us know, we are listening!
The feedback our residents provide is extremely important to us and we would like to take this opportunity to thank all of our residents for their time, we greatly appreciate the participation!
