san clemente street fair 2011

With so many things to do in Orange County, how do you decide what to do on the weekends? From the beach, to the fair, Disneyland and more we are pretty lucky to have so many options, and this weekend is no different. San Clemente is throwing their 58th Annual Street Festival, Sunday, August 14, from 9:00AM – 7:00PM. It's time for all our Orange County apartment residents to get their party pants on and have some fun in the beach city.

The San Clemente Street Festival is a free, all-day event that attracts over 25,000 visitors. The event is held on Del Mar Street where the two main blocks of downtown San Clemente are dedicated to an entire day of fun and events. The Street Festival has activities for the whole family, from food and game booths, contests, dancing, live music, and much more – Don’t Stop Believing, a Journey’s Tribute Band will be stopping by, along with Jann Brown! PLUS to make sure you are not wasting your time fighting traffic, the San Clemente Street Fair has a free shuttle service that will be running from 9:30AM – 6:30PM, from San Clemente High School.

Hop in your car Sunday, grab your friends or pack up the family and head down to the San Clemente Street Festival because this is going to be a fun event!

Have you been to the San Clemente Street Festival? What is your favorite event of the day?
