What is your exercise routine? Do you have one? My workout routine is Crossfit! Crossfit has become my healthy obsession and has been for about two years now; it is one of the best workout programs I could ever have been introduced too!
How does this relate to apartment living? Well if you live at one of the Shea Apartment Communities, you have the luxury of utilizing the amazing workout facilities, which is the perfect place for Crossfit. It is an workout program so portable not only can you do it at your apartment gym but you can even do it in the comfort of your own home (with the right equipment of course). If you need a little more motivation to get started you can test Crossfit out at one of the local “boxes” aka gyms. I go to Crossfit Ethos, in Laguna Hills, CA, this would be a great gym for our Laguna Beach apartment residents, Aliso Viejo apartment residents and our Irvine apartment residents. Give it a try, it will be hard at first but you will become addicted to this program, especially when you start seeing the results!
